0005 - Unproven tips for helping symptoms of depression

Ok. disclaimer here. The best thing to do if you are depressed is to seek medical treatment by a trained physician, a medical doctor! The worst thing you can do perhaps is to treat yourself, or not do anything about it.

These tips are untried and unproven. They are here because I have heard of them or rumors of them.
. get adequate amount of sleep
. improve your diet and exercise (common sense stuff)
. a cup of coffee
. get a hobby/activity outside of the workplace
